Adriana Noonen began her martial arts journey at just 9 years old, and it has shaped her into the person she is today. As a 3rd Degree Black Belt and World Champion, Adriana has used the skills and discipline she developed through martial arts to excel in other sports, including soccer and track.
Beyond the mat, martial arts has helped her build the confidence to speak and perform in front of crowds, proving that the lessons learned through training extend far beyond the mats!
Her favorite weapon is the sword, and her journey is a testament to the power of dedication, confidence, and lifelong learning. Adriana is proud to represent the values of martial arts both on and off the mat!
